Head Chef
I’m fueled by a passion to share bold, unexpected flavors that ignite excitement. At heart, I’m a cook—crafting dishes to nourish, delight, and spark joy. I explore food cultures, from exotic ingredients to classic techniques, as a proud sourdough baker and certified wine and beer enthusiast (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers USA). Give me seafood or fresh local produce, and I’ll turn simple ingredients into unforgettable bites, perfectly paired with the ideal pour.

After 25 years as Regional Vice President for Arizona at one of the nation’s largest seafood distributors, Sue walked away from the corporate world. Having worked alongside world-renowned chefs and learning their craft firsthand, she now brings that expertise straight to your table—fresh, authentic, and made with passion.

Co-Founder Mike Watson

Mobile Food Kitchen Operator and Second-generation master electrician and owner of In Light Electric LLC 40+ years powering the Southwest. With the food truck, I’m the driver, tow-rig captain, and order-taker who keeps the trailer rolling smooth, parked perfect, and the line moving fast so every guest gets served hot and happy.
