Second-generation master electrician and owner of In Light Electric LLC 40+ years powering the Southwest. With the food truck, I’m the driver, tow-rig captain, and order-taker who keeps the trailer rolling smooth, parked perfect, and the line moving fast so every guest gets served hot and happy.
