Five ways to book

Event catering

A wedding, party, company day, or festival. The truck parks and serves from the window, we set a buffet, or we drop the food off and leave. If the truck stays, a 50-amp plug is the first choice. A 100-foot cord and a quiet generator are on board. Coachella, Stagecoach, and King of the Hammers are on this list.

Private chef

We cook at your home. The truck does not come. One kitchen, one table, the meal you asked for.

Production catering

Meals for a film, photo, or other crew on a schedule. The truck can sit at the location, or we drop the food off between setups.

Meal prep

Meals cooked ahead, packed, and dropped off. A house for a few days, or a week nobody wants to cook. The weekday Home Depot window is separate and still goes through Toast.

Retreat meals

A group staying more than one day. Morning through dinner, for the length of the visit. A private chef at the house, a drop-off each day, or the truck if the property can take it.

At the table

These are from jobs already cooked. A plated meal, a board, or a set table. The weekday Home Depot window is a different menu.
