Event request
Weddings, private events, and festivals. Send the date, the city, and the guest count.
Tell us about the day
Choose catering for a wedding or private event, or event / pop-up for a public stop. Walk-up food orders stay on Toast.
What kind of booking
The form below is the same for each of these. The difference is where the cooking happens, and whether the truck stays.
Event catering
The food comes to a wedding, a party, a company day, or a festival. The truck can park and serve from the window, we can set a buffet, or we can drop the food off and leave. A drop-off is for a host who wants the meal without the truck on site. If the truck stays, a 50-amp plug is the first choice. A 100-foot cord and a quiet generator are on board.
Private chef
We cook at your home. The truck does not come. Tell us the meal and how many people are eating. This is one kitchen and one table, not a walk-up line.
Production catering
Meals for a film, photo, or other production. The crew eats on a schedule. The truck can sit at the location, or we can drop the food off between setups. Send the start time, the headcount, and the address.
Meal prep
Meals cooked ahead, packed, and dropped off. It fits a house full of people for a few days, or a week nobody wants to spend cooking. This is separate from the weekday window at the Home Depot PRO lot. Those orders go through Toast.
Retreat meals
A group staying more than one day. We cover the meals for the visit, from the morning through dinner, for as many days as you need. That can be a private chef at the house, a drop-off each day, or the truck if the property can take it.
Choose Catering on the form unless this is a public pop-up. The booking list is event catering, private chef, production catering, meal prep, and retreat meals. Service is the truck, a drop-off, a buffet, or cooking at the house.
